Convertible loan
We celebrated our 10th anniversary, and we continue our promotion:
CONVERTIBLE LOANS with upfront benefits and fixed interest rate.
After maturity, the full amount will be paid with interest or optional, after 3 years converted into certificates with a value of 50€ / each (with additional discount).
Selecting a project
Fixed period but with flexible interest based on the result of the project but an estimation will be available at the start with transparent project details.
After maturity, the full amount will be paid with interest or optional, invested in a new project, freely elected by the investor.
Increase of Capital
Most efficient way of investment, with full participation in rights and obligations of the company. Can be temporarily registered as a loan for tax purposes.
Min. amount €5.000,- / no maximum.
50 €/certificate with a minimum of 10 certificates = 500,- € and notarized from € 25.000.
All certificates and shares are freely transferable but must be notified in writing for DD. and acceptance.
