We celebrate our 10^th anniversary are therefore we launch our promotion offering convertible loans with upfront benefits and fixed interest rate.

After maturity, the full amount will be paid with interest or converted to shares with additional discount.

Investing €1,000 in a convertible loan with IMMO PLATFORM brings you a yearly interest of 10%, and the loan duration is standard 5 years.

After three years, the company offers you the option of continuing with the loan at the agreed terms or converting from loan to certificates with a value of 50€ / each.

If you choose the conversion, you get a 20% discount so that your investment amount of €1,000 plus accrued interest of €331 is converted into 33 certificates for a total value of €1,650 (the remaining amount of €11 is booked as administrative costs).

So, after conversion, the value of your €1,000 investment has increased to €1,650 in share certificates. These certificates are freely transferable but must be notified in writing.

Your investment will be treated discreetly, and you will receive a certificate on the accumulated interest for your tax declaration.

The acquired properties are 100% owned by our company. This way we are creating a solid real estate portfolio that guarantees your investment at all times.

The risk factors that can slow us down are, for example, a new pandemic (Covid) or changes in the existing legislation. Covid is being controlled slowly but surely and legislation does not change every day.

OPTION CERTIFICATES

After registering, you will receive a draft agreement and you can purchase certificates online in our web (no intermediaries involved).

50 €/certificate with a minimum of 10 certificates = 500 € and notarized from € 25.000.

Certificates will be personalized and sent by e-mail.
