Example of convertible loan

You invest €1,000 in a convertible loan with IMMO PLATFORM.

10% yearly interest is offered, and the term is standard 5 years.

After three years, the company offers you the option of continuing with the loan at the agreed terms or converting from loan to certificates with a value of 50€ / each.

If you choose the conversion, you get a 20% discount so that your investment amount of €1,000 plus accrued interest of €331 is converted into 33 certificates for a total value of €1,650 (the remaining amount of €11 is booked as administrative costs).

So, after conversion, the value of your €1,000 investment has increased to €1,650 in share certificates. These certificates are freely transferable but must be notified in writing.

The minimum amount starts at 500 € return you will make on your investment is unmatched.

Your investment will be treated discreetly, and you will receive a certificate on the accumulated interest for your tax declaration.
