Due to our steady growth, we have reached an agreement with BAHIAMAR, an API member with registration nº 375, as new partner.
From 1st January 2024, Mr. Manel LLAMBRICH will be our sales representative for Spain.
This partnership is directed to expand our product with greater access to the individual house or apartment and includes sales as well as seasonal renting.
The other team members Mr. Navarro as Financial Director and Mrs. Bautista as Legal adviser remain unchanged.
Mrs. Bautista is an ICAM-certified lawyer with a master´s degree in Urban Planning, a master’s degree in legal Practice as well as a Technical Real Estate Expert.
The international sales representatives are increasing even into Asia and new members are invited to join us.
Communications in various languages are still possible and you can request a call at your convenience.
The collaboration with these new partners makes it possible for us to offer more products and services and to handle the legal as well as fiscal matters even better than before.
